Exchanges: We can accommodate exchanges where stock permits, but we must charge you all associated delivery costs. Exchanges are valid within 14 days of delivery date.

Returns: We do accept returns that reach us in their original condition and with all its tags attached and we refund to you the purchase price of that item but return shipping is at your own cost. Returns are valid within 14 days of delivery date.

We offer Delivery by Courier or Pick-Up from Simply Slowveld at White River. We are able to deliver anywhere within South Africa.

Free Shipping: Available to customers who place an order to the value of R600 or more. The expected delivery time is 2-3 working days for major cities once your order has been processed.

Standard Shipping: This option comes at a cost of R110. The expected shipping time is 2-3 working days to major cities in South Africa and 3-5 Days for remoter areas.

If you need your parcel outside of South Africa, you can arrange your own courier to collect from us.
