What delivery options are available?We offer Delivery by Courier or Pick-Up from Simply Slowveld at White River. We are able to deliver anywhere within South Africa. Free Shipping. This option becomes available to customers who place an order to the value of R600 or more. The expected delivery time is 2-3 working days for major cities once your order has been processed. Standard Shipping. This option comes at a cost of R110. The expected shipping time is 2-3 working days to major cities in South Africa and 3-5 Days for remoter areas. What is our exchanges and returns policy?A. Exchanges We can accommodate exchanges where stock permits, but we must charge you all associated delivery costs. Exchanges are valid within 14 days of delivery date. B. Returns We do accept returns that reach us in their original condition and with all its tags attached and we refund to you the purchase price of that item but return shipping is at your own cost. Returns are valid within 14 days of delivery date. Please notify us that you are returning some or all your purchase by email at shop@simplyslowveld.com and include your Order Number or Invoice so we can make the refund. What if my garment is defective?In the unlikely event that a defective product has slipped through our quality check, we would like you to contact us promptly so we can assist you swiftly. If one our products has a manufacturing fault, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. Once we inspect it and find the manufacturing fault and see that it has been returned unused and with all its original tags, we will replace it for no charge and cover the delivery cost of you returning it and delivery of the replacement. Where is Simply Slowveld located?We are in sunny White River in the Mpumalanga province in South Africa. We have two stores: Simply Slowveld Shop at Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre, Cnr R40 & R258, White River. KMI Airport on the outskirts of White River and Mbombela.

DELIVERY BY COURIER
Orders are sent within 48 Hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of the email message confirming fulfilment of your order. You will receive another email notification with your tracking number when your order is collected by the courier.
We deliver all over South Africa.
(Please note that delivery time may vary depending on which day of the week you order and the time of day that your order was placed).

Collect from our Flagship Store in the beautiful Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre in White River during shopping hours.
We are open 7 days a week and most Public Holidays.

When selecting this option please bear in mind that we are on the Hazyview side of White River on the corner of the R40 and R538.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We ensure that we have provided accurate information about our products on this website and so we kindly suggest that you make your choices diligently, as we are not able to carry the costs involved in returning items or sending exchange items. This means delivery will be at your expense, unless there is a manufacturing fault that we have missed.
Returns for Exchange
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Before you send the item(s) please notify us at shop@simplyslowveld.com of your intention to return or exchange an item(s) and your choice of replacement item(s). The team shall let you know if your choice(s) is available. Please include your Order Number in your message to speed up our service to you. Our Address is below.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and arrive at us in the same condition that you received it, including its original tags.
The receipt or proof of purchase needs to come with the returned items(s).
After payment is received for both the difference in price of the replacement item(s) (if there is such a cost) and the delivery cost, we shall send your new item(s) to you.
Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and arrive at us in the same condition that you received it, including its original tags. The receipt or proof of purchase needs to come with the returned items(s) so that we can refund the purchase price of that item(s).
Please note we do not refund the original delivery charge or the cost of sending the item(s) back to us.
Returns of Faulty Products
However, in the unlikely and regrettable incident that you have received an item with an evident manufacturing fault*, please notify us at shop@simplyslowveld.com using your order number as reference and return it to us. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Once we receive the item back and on inspection, we agree that we missed that defect, we shall replace the product and cover all delivery costs.
*valid manufacturing faults would be issues with printing, stitching or the material.
